Due diligence

Turn a claim into a question you can verify.

Turn a claim into a question you can verify.

A due-diligence file should distinguish verified facts, attributed statements, assumptions, and unknowns. The articles below apply that discipline to fund structures, custody, domains, and AI-related ideas. Begin by defining the proposed ownership claim before evaluating its promotional narrative.

A repeatable research habit

Record the source, observation date, and scope of each important assertion. Ask what evidence would weaken the conclusion and which unresolved issue prevents a completed assessment. The goal is not to accumulate favorable facts; it is to make the reasoning reproducible and the limitations visible.

Suggested starting point

Read one fund article and one domain or AI article. Compare which evidence establishes the ownership claim in each case, and identify the gaps that cannot be resolved by a general explanation.
